DEFINITIONS:
PL - Player Leads are public relations; they act in the Narfell community's best interest. They are in charge of attending the DMs meetings, when requested. They also collect information from the player base for use by the Devs, and in the case of necessary Policy and Procedure changes. Finally, they serve to translate the players' points of view to the DM team and the Dev team.
PG - Player Guide position is mainly to focus on interviewing the Player base to collect information on current and future trends, needs, and desires. They also answer players' questions to the best of their knowledge and direct more sensitive/tougher questions to Player Leads.
