Online Java Chat Applet
This Java Chat is an IRC network. Most Companies block these ports to prevent there employees from joining these chat servers. There are ways to join these IRC networks using proxy servers and other methods. If you are using IE and currently using the updated browser from XP then you need to select Yes when asked if you want to run the java script. If you use Mozilla or Netscape then you need to install the Java program for the browser.
